Precious Avery was born 2/20 at 7lbs 4oz and 18in long. His mother Courtney and I met on Facebook when I was was scouting for maternity models.  She was so much fun to work with and very much open to any ideas I had for her shoot.  When I found out about Birth Photography a few weeks ago I knew it was something I had to do and I knew who exactly to be email first.  Courtney was very open to the idea of me coming and documenting the birth of her son.  It was my first birth and I had such a blast.  Thank you so much Courtney for letting me be apart of your special day.  To view Avery's birth day slideshow click here.

BEauTiFUL :-}

Mrs. K was another attendee of our Valentine's Boudoir Marathon.  She was very excited to do this for her husband.  Once we started shooting I found out that she was so nervous before coming that she was going to call that morning and cancel :-(...  It's funny because after a few photos we were both glad that didn't happen.  She is truly a kind and funny person.  Thank you Mrs. K for deciding to come and show out!!

The American Dream

Miss. L came to our Valentine's Boudoir Marathon and we had a wonderful time.  She had never done anything like this before and was a bit nervous.  She came with her lingerie, jewelry, heels and the American Flag :-), quite creative if I do say so myself.  The look on her face was priceless after the hair and makeup artist (Sarah) finished making her look glam.  I can now finally share some of her sneak peek photos from our comfortably, fun, sexy photo shoot.  Enjoy!!!

Valentine's

It's been a while!!!!

It's been a while since I have posted on the blog!  I have been busy taking care of home and preparing for a few things coming up in the future.  I have the Valentine's Boudoir Marathon coming up this Saturday.

It is my goal to blog more than I have been lately.  The 100 faces project has come to an end.  I know I didn't get the chance to make it to a 100 :-( but i'm proud of myself for making it to 51 faces!!!  I wanted to catch you guys up on some of the sessions I have done since the last time I blogged.  Enjoy!!

Valentine's Boudoir Marathon

Our Valentine's Boudoir Marathon will have space for 8 lucky ladies to get sexy, have some fun, and take some intimate photos.  One of those lucky ladies will have a chance to win package 1 absolutely FREE!!


This is how it will work:


I will provide the hotel room for the shoot as well as the hair and makeup artist (Sarah Myers).  You bring the outfits and accessories you would like to wear.  This could be.....heels, 2-3 outfits (lingerie, boy shorts, tank top, or just simply anything that makes you feel sexy!!)  If there are props that you want to use you are more than welcome to bring them.  Wine and snacks will be served at this marathon.  (must be 21 to consume alcohol)


You will arrive at the hotel at your scheduled time and our hair and makeup artist will make you look and feel GLAMOROUS!! There will be NO males allowed.  Only women in the hotel at the time of the marathon. 


The photo shoot will be 30 or 45 minutes depending on the package you choose.  In that time I will shoot as many photos as I can.  I will help advise you in how to pose and facial expressions.  You will decide how sexy, seductive, playful, or even naughty you want you photos to look. 


The 3-5 days after the shoot you will have a private-password protected online viewing gallery with 30-40 images. You will review the gallery in the privacy of your own home.

Ladies that agree to let me use some photos from their session for marketing and advertising will receive 15% off their order.  This is my gift to you for being so kind!!

FAQ

Q: Is there a deposit due to book my session time?

Yes, if you choose the $125 package there is a $65 deposit and If you choose the $350 package there is a $140 deposit.  The remainder is due the day of the marathon.

Q: Who gets boudoir photos taken?

Anyone who wants beautiful photos of themselves or for someone special.  They are good for Valentine's Day gift, the wedding day, anniversaries, birthdays, weight loss, or any other body improvement celebrations.  

Q: I'm nervous.......

It's normal to feel nervous before and when first arriving.  Getting your hair and makeup done will help calm your nerves.  Those who have attended our previous boudoir event say it was fun and very comfortable.  There will also be wine served before and during the photo session to help you "unwind".  

Q: Will you post my photos on the internet?

I respect the privacy of my clients and I will only display photos that have been approved by the client.

Q: What if i'm not as skinny as I want to be?

You are beautiful the way you are.  My job as a photographer is to focus on the positives and minimize any areas that you are self-conscious about.  When you view your photos I hope that you will see just how beautiful you are!!

Hunt Family

YAY!!!  I'm so HAPPY my friend came to town from Texas to visit her family/friends for the Holiday's and to take family photos.  She has a new addition to her family and he is getting so BIG.  The last time I seen him was when he was a few weeks old.  I love these kids sooo much.  Enjoy!!

Shorts Family

Meet Joseph and Leanna!!  Joseph is friends with my little cousin and when I gave him my business card he took it right home and showed it to his mom.  They called me the next day to schedule a session.  When I met Leanna she told me her and Joseph hadn't took pictures since he was a baby.. WOW!!!  Joseph is now a freshmen in High School, talk about some years.  Believe it or not many family's are like this.  I was so glad they decided to update their family photos with me!!!  Such a nice family...

Beckman Twins

Jenna is a good friend of mine and when she asked me to take photos of her twins I was more that happy to do so.  I don't get to see them much because of my crazy schedule and hers so it was fun to hang out with them.  Kaicen and Kortney are some handsome 1year old twins FULL of energy.  October was the last time I seen them and from then to now they have grown so much.  They are now walking and getting into everything!....
What a BEAUTIFUL family :-)!!!!
